The Mandalorian Model: A New American Future

America needs to become the country not of liberal or conservative values so much as the country of spartan individualism, industry, and voluntary cooperation without a consequence to us in the work place and before venture capital, investors, universities, and place of businesses for our personal beliefs, healthy or not, angry or not, humane for not. For many of us we are the Mandalorians of Earth. If that is not our expectation, that we want to live in a more soft country, there are other choices with more timid national cultures, but not in America: not yesterday, not today, and not tomorrow, in this life or the next.

We can engage in science without neutering our rugged, aggressive, sometimes violent, confrontational selves. We can embrace every aspect of technology and science without safe spaces, second-place trophies, stupid looking nose-punched dorky cars, and hipster micro-houses with the shelves stocked with kombucha: because we want both science, energy efficiency, and the adrenaline, untempered, desire for fusion nuclear powered jet engine flying cars with the risks that come with personal responsibility before the benefits of engineered harmony.
We are Americans. We are aggressive, fearless, pioneers that place many things before personal safety, life, and longevity. We are not for the timid. We are not those who fear confrontation; we do not have an obsession with engineered and regulated harmony; No. That is not us.
We are Americans. We believe in the price of scars, loss, and pain in exchange for organic refinement of our civilization over generations, and over lives. Aversion fo confrontation comes not from more education, or lack of, but a lack of sentience. If we fear confrontation, danger, and the risk free of harmony, we may not be self-actualized despite finishing that advanced degree building that thing everyone uses, or selling that company in an exit, or completing that PhD. A calculator is valuable, but is it sentient? Not exactly. Let us not confuse computational value to humanity with intelligence, assuming we redefine intelligence to greater command of our own awareness and mind.

We are the men and women in the wild that cannot be tamed, and proud. We are not something else. We will never be something else. We are here to use our power to empower those not yet self-actualization like us. We must never use the lure of our power, wealth, and organically-arrived enlightenment to ask others to share our values for access to it. That is not the American way. We are spartans, not communists. We are confident in who we are and do not need to buy our friends with the cheapness of risk aversion in exchange for harmony.
Our future must not be one of who we are, emo, conservative, liberal, trans, or other, and more of where we are going. When I meet people and they tell me who they are by an identity, I always ask them where they are going, because that to me is who you are. I ask them, "What are you building, where are you going, what will you accomplish bigger than you and how you see yourself?" I ask them, "What is your rocket to the moon you will make, lake you will clean up, ocean you will sail, genre of music you will create, Olympic sport you will dominate?"
We are the over achiever with our eyes on the horizon and not our neighbors nicer cars, social trends, or Instagram followers, and all of these small minded identity-insecurity seeking distractions. Communists, egalitarians, the small minded, have their sights on their place in the social world. Americans have the sights on the horizon, on our place in the stars, their hearts in a place beyond the human condition: a higher purpose greater than the laws of man and women, greater than civil society and harmony at the cost of truth. We have purpose with goals bigger than life itself.
There are failing fragile men afraid of women dominating them, that seek to keep them down, and there are women who see only men trying to dominate them who instead are just focused on their dreams as if no gender exists in a vacuum. The key to overcoming all our challenges comes down to placing our eyes firmly on the horizon, to elevate the pioneers and mute the complacent and risk averse. We must put our dreams in a vacuum beyond the human condition that is here now: in exchange for something far more overwhelming than what an egalitarian communist can offer: the thrill of the adventure of tomorrow.
We might be wise to not seek to be a world of men, women, gay, trans, southerners, or northerners, hipsters, and other identities. We might find greater reward in seeking to be a people who seek the excitement of the horizon beyond the pettiness of comparison: to live in a vacuum. What will we achieve, where will we go, what new event will we pioneer, today?
Achieve it and make no mention of our nationality, color, gender, culture, family, or values. Let us make the achievement itself our point of worship in a vacuum without history, context, and culture. Let us define our reality by the object that is the horizon we travel, and in the process become spartan Gods as we pass from the Kardashev scale Type I civilization to Type IV. Let us build the empire of time, space, and stars.

Let us become the the indefatigable American individualist who hops on his or her raging, loud, dangerous, fusion powered flying bike with their unlicensed AR-15 laser rifle as they zoom to the launch pad where they take off to go the moon to mine for minerals, or to the flying hotel on the clouds of Venus for a vacation.
We place our trust in personal responsibility, adventure, and risk before the preservation of life. We are pioneers. We are Mandalorians. We are Spartans. Above all, we are Americans.
